1. Data Collection

We collect information necessary to deliver our micro-CRM services, including:

• Account details (name, email, phone number) when registering.
• Leads data imported by you (Excel, CSV) which is parsed locally or synced to your cloud account database.
• Voice-to-text audio transcriptions used to write call notes.
• Transaction details processed via Paytm or partner payment gateways.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is strictly used to:

• Provide and maintain the CRM workspace features.
• Sync your custom cold-calling templates and sheets across browsers.
• Process payments and activate premium subscription billing.
• Deliver customer support and service notifications.

3. Security & Autonomy

Your imported leads sheet and notes data are protected using standard encryption technologies. We do not inspect, sell, or monetize your customer lists or spreadsheet content. You retain complete ownership and autonomy over the business leads you upload.

4. Third Party Integrations

LeadsCrypt integrates with Paytm Checkout for payment gateway services and Supabase for database management. These services process your data in accordance with their respective security policies.

5. User Data Deletion Instructions

You retain complete autonomy and control over the data you import into LeadsCrypt:

• Worksheet Data: You can delete any sheet locally or from the Supabase database directly from the dashboard by clicking the Trash icon. This action permanently deletes the data.
• Facebook Profile & Permissions: You can remove LeadsCrypt integration at any time in your Facebook settings under "Apps and Websites".
• Complete Account Deletion: To completely erase your account profile and all related database records, send an email to rootcrypt.devs@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address. Your account details will be fully purged from our systems within 48 to 72 hours.
