Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Service Consumption

LeadsCrypt provides digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) features including lead dialing links, templates, cloud backups, and voice notes. Because access to these resources is provisioned immediately upon successful transaction verification, the service is deemed fully delivered and consumed at the point of plan activation. As a result:

• We do not offer partial refunds or prorated credits for unused days.
• We do not offer trial-period refunds after checkout.
• Subscriptions cannot be cancelled midway through a billing cycle for a refund.

2. Subscription Cancellations

Since subscriptions are one-time payments for active periods (1-month or 1-year plans) and do not auto-renew automatically, there are no ongoing recurring charges that require manual cancellation. Your tier will automatically return to the FREE plan at the end of the subscription period unless you opt to purchase another plan.

3. Double Payments or Gateway Failures

In the event that a payment fails on the gateway but money is deducted from your bank account, Paytm will automatically issue a refund to your original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days. If a double payment occurs for the same plan, please email us immediately with your transaction logs at rootcrypt.devs@gmail.com. If verified, we will adjust your subscription duration accordingly or issue a manual correction.
