Welcome to LeadsCrypt. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our CRM software, platforms, and services, operated by Rootcrypt.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeadsCrypt solely for lawful outreach and relationship management purposes. You are fully responsible for ensuring that all contacts dialed or messaged via templates have consented to outreach in accordance with local regulations, including TRAI rules in India where applicable.

2. Subscription and Payments

Certain features (unlimited sheets import, voice dictations, and continuous cloud backup) require a paid subscription. All subscriptions are billed securely via Paytm. By upgrading, you agree to pay the indicated transaction fee.

3. Refund and Cancellation Exclusion

All premium subscriptions are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or returned once initiated. Due to immediate access to software resources and database configurations upon activation, no refunds, partial refunds, or payment rollbacks will be issued.

4. System Integrity & Content Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and ownership of client lists, phone numbers, and data sheets imported into LeadsCrypt. We provide the application on an "as-is" basis and make no representations regarding the uptime of third-party calling channels or VoIP applications launched via browser intents.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued usage of LeadsCrypt signifies consent to revised terms.
